About Us

Resourceful Construction is A Los Angeles based, family owned and run business with a strong hand in interior design. Our lead General Contractor and founder of the firm, Jud Williams, comes from a family of builders and has himself been in the construction/design business for his entire life.

He started off in his father's construction business in Ann Arbor, MI as a boy working after school and on weekends, and quickly developed a passion for it, going on to start his own business in Los Angeles, CA in 1995.

Since then, he along with his own family, have developed an impressive portfolio of projects in LA and surrounding areas and have put together a thoughtfully structured team of tradesman and suppliers to fulfill the needs of each individual project. Along with an incredible network of architects, designers, landscapers, pool builders, etc. that we work regularly and can bring in to assist with any of your specific project needs.

We are focused on producing high quality, thoughtful and interesting spaces. Our projects include additions, renovations, new construction, ADU's, outdoor spaces and hardscapes for residences and creative businesses. We have a strong focus on creating updated and functional spaces in older homes, while maintaining their original character and charm. We strive to recycle the old and use salvaged and environmentally friendly materials when possible. We have a love of nature, the arts and finding unique and inviting ways to integrate these into our projects…

Helping the Community Rebuild

Friends, neighbors and customers of ours have lost everything in the wake of these recent fires. We are dedicated to rebuilding these to an even better condition than before. Our goal is to help anyone and everyone who wants or needs our expertise. We have been gathering data, information, and specifics from the local governments and departments to help ensure these communities can be returned in an efficient, unique and budget friendly manner. You can read through all the information that has been gathered by our team as to the existing regulations, and sequence requirements to get these projects underway.
